Nest & Nook Living LLC ("Nest & Nook," "we," "us") operates nestandnookliving.com. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use our site and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Booking requests: when you submit a booking request, we receive the name, email address, phone number (optional), stay dates, party size, and unit you provide.
• Contact messages: when you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message.

That's it. We don't require accounts, and this website does not collect payment or card information. If we confirm your booking, payment arrangements are handled separately and we will explain them by email.

How we use it

Only to run our rental business: responding to your request, confirming availability and pricing, and communicating with you about your stay. We do not sell your information, and we won't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or other trackers.

Service providers

A few third parties help us operate the site, and each may process limited data in doing so:

• FormSubmit delivers your form submissions to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and, like most hosts, may temporarily log IP addresses for security and performance.
• Google Fonts serves this site's typefaces; your browser's request for those font files goes to Google's servers.

How long we keep it

Booking and contact emails are kept for as long as needed to manage your stay, meet our legal and tax obligations, and maintain business records.

Your choices

Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email info@nestandnookliving.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our site and services are not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, when we introduce online payments — we'll update this page and the date at the top.
